This is a channeled message from a group of light beings called Theo who touch on the experience of connecting with them and then answer the question: how do we stay present in our heart moment to moment?
We are THEO. We meet you in your rose garden as you inhale the fresh scent just after the rain. We meet you over the fresh strawberry, still warm from the sun—can you taste it?—at your kitchen counter. We meet you now anywhere there is an upliftment, an uptick in your vibration or an awareness of presence. Feel us now. Release all resistance and… INHALE…EXHALE...INHALE...
We are a living experience, an energy you can feel as your senses align, tune in, and connect. We are the sweet scent of the rose, the warm glow of the strawberry, the presence all around you. We meet you in the recognition of your own goodness—your own divinity—as it is reflected in the world—the energy—all around you. Can you feel us in your field, melding with you, as you align with your true nature? It is a sensory experience, dear one, beloved. We are as real as you experience the rose and the strawberry to be. We are sovereign, yet united.
Here you are, behind the garden gate, slipping through the veil, quiet yet perfectly on time and aligned with your mission here. Close the gate behind you; this is your garden. Allow yourself to breathe the fragrant air. Feel the sun touch your skin. Notice the wet ground beneath your feet. Look up: blue skies overhead. Take a walk with us.
The question is: how do we stay present in our heart moment to moment? You are hesitant to say “in the heart,” are you not? It is a little scary, a bit of an uncomfortable leap beyond the known: the MIND. The mind likes to control. It enjoys being and staying in charge. The ego-mind is a dictator and a tyrant. It will take all of your power and leave you holding an empty bag and equally empty promises. When the mind is in charge, anything goes. You are firmly in the grip of its perspective, and it does not want to let you out of the vice. It will drive you in all directions, pillage the landscape of your life to fulfill its needs, to stay in a position of power.
You can see this now, dear one. We do not need to explain further. The heart, in contrast, is the great container of allowing. Its beneficence serves all, and it wants for nothing but “objects" to love. Allow the heart to take the lead, and your life will be transformed. This we can guarantee, and there are not many guarantees in your world. Allow the heart to lead and you shall want for not, for in the land of the heart, all is freely given and freely received. Instead of pushing an agenda, the heart gears you up for receiving the fullness and flowering of love.
The heart is the open vessel on the seas of your awakening. Trust the heart to take you there, and put all of your eggs in its basket. It is market day, and it will be a favorable exchange. Let the heart lead, and the mind follow. It will not fail you.
How, then, can you bring more of the heart into each moment?
You Stop, Drop, and FEEL. Drop into your heart now. Anything can be the keyhole portal, the portkey*, to your multi-dimensional remembrance and point of connection if you are with it fully from your heartspace without blocks or resistance—the rose, the strawberry, the face of another. The more present you are to it, or the more presence you embody, the more there is of your full, aware self (from all dimensions) there in the experiencing. And there you are: in this moment, present, in your heart, connected to all.
*I had to look up the term “portkey” after this piece came through. This is what I found: "A portkey is an object from the Harry Potter stories, enchanted to instantly transport anyone touching it to a specific location. Most of the time, a portkey is an everyday object that would not draw the attention of a Muggle."
** Following this writing, I then posed the same question to a specific group that I felt coming in. They answer the same question, employing the same metaphor, but offer a different vantage point and varied language to do so. See the "Spring Is In The Air" post.
